MCIM, is the Master Trainer Institute’s Managing Director and Course Leader on all of the Institute’s programmes. Richard has a wealth of world wide training experience in an extensive range of market segments and in both private and public sectors.

Richard completed studies in Business and Finance and spent 15 years in Sales and Marketing Management in England working for two of the largest financial institutions in their field. Since moving to Switzerland in 1995, Richard has worked in a management role in Human Resources as well as the setting up of new companies. He has been delivering training courses and training consultancy with the Master Trainer Institute for more than six years.

Chartered MCIPD, is the Course Leader on several of our programmes, including Communication Skills and Powerful Presentations. She has more than 10 years experience designing and delivering training courses with a special focus in the area of communication skills. Sarah is qualified to deliver the Kirton Adaptive-Innovate Inventory, a psychometric test used to analyse creativity style.

Having obtained a BSc in Psychology, Sarah joined the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development from which she has a Certificate in Training and Development and a Diploma in Training Management. Since returning to Switzerland in 1999, she has been delivering communication skills training in English, French and Spanish to a wide range of multinational corporations and international organisations.

Lic. HEC, MA, is the Course Leader for our ‘Powerful Presentations’ and ‘Transforming the Trainer’ workshops. After obtaining a bachelor’s degree in business administration and working on an HR research project at the University of Lausanne, Jérôme chose to complete a master’s degree in Counselling from Virginia, USA. Since then, he has worked as an HR Consultant in a major bank in Geneva, as Training Manager in a large Swiss insurance company and as Head of Training for a large US multinational.

Jérôme is now a full-time, bilingual training consultant specializing in helping managers and trainers improve their skills through high impact workshops, both in French and in English. He is presently also working towards a doctorate in Multicultural Management at the University of St. Gallen.
