We highly recommend (although it is not essential) that you attend one of our Train the Trainer programmes before we start to work together so that you are familiar with our models, tools and techniques.
After an initial meeting to establish the project goals and decide how we will work together, we will use our auditing tool(s) to define the needs of the training and the learning objectives, and to establish the criteria for success and how they will be measured.
Then depending on whether this is a new programme or redesign of an established programme we will work together using our unique and highly effective methods/models to design and create an interactive and effective programme. |

EXAMPLE OF CONSULTING SERVICE – COURSE AUDITING AND REDESIGN WORKSHOP
Example of a workshop designed for a group who work together to design and deliver training courses.
By the end of the workshop, participants will have audited one of their training courses using the MTI design model, ensured that it matches the learning objectives set for it, and added or redesigned any part or parts that are missing or in need of improvement.
Pre-workshop meeting (60–90’)
Group should bring a copy of all course materials (trainer guide, slides, exercises, handouts etc) for the consultant to look at, and be prepared to discuss what they think needs to be worked on and why. Following this meeting, the consultant will summarise the current situation, set realistic objectives for the two half days of the workshop, and specify any action which participants have agreed to take before the first session.
